Production time
Normal factory production takes 7 to 10 business days, and does not include the day on which the order is received by Bag & Pen. Production time does not include shipping time.
RUSH Production
This is an additional service that expedites the factory production time to 3 business days. RUSH service is a $30 charge. Bag & Pen will contact you if any services or upgrades are needed to meet your requested date. When time is critical, please check with us for product availability and to arrange for a specific date.
Shipping Time
Shipping time is the amount of time it will take your order to be received after production.
Overnight Service: arrives in 8 to 11 business days — including normal factory production time.
Second Day Delivery: arrives in 9 to 12 business days — including normal factory production time.
Basic Ground: arrives in 14 to 18 business days — including normal factory production time.

NOTE: UPS and FedEx do not ship to P.O. boxes.
Phone Orders
Bag & Pen does not place orders over the phone. However, we are available for customer service at 000-000-0000.
Services
Bag & Pen offers two product lines: writing instruments and gift items; with three diferent services: color imprinting, laser engraving, and epoxy dome full color printing.
Color imprinting is done via silk-screening or pad-printing, depending upon the item.
Laser engraving is available on certain metal items or foil surfaces,
depending upon the item.
Epoxy dome full color printing is photographic quality imaging covered by a clear dome of epoxy enamel.
Wallpapers
Wallpapers fall under the category of Epoxy Dome Full Color Printing. Wallpapers serve as free themed backdrops for your message, providing the product is "Wallpaper-Ready". Elements in the wallpaper graphic may be shifted by the designer to accomodate the product's imprint area and layout of your message. Your text and/or graphics will be arranged to best suit the given backdrop.
Special order instructions
Please specify at checkout in the "Special Instructions" box. Feel free to contact us regarding any issues or concerns.
Imprint color: We accomodate PMS colors upon request only. Specify which ones in the "Special Instructions" box at checkout.
Logos and custom artwork
Bag & Pen reserves the right to place your logo and text in the way we feel best suits the given imprint area. Fax or email proofs are available for an additional charge.
Logos are kept on file for future orders.
Imprints employing a script font may will not be all capital letters, but "title case" (first letter of each word capital — the rest, lowercase.
Art Guidelines
Logos and artwork may be sent as:
Digital art: Photoshop®, Illustrator®, Acrobat®, and CorelDraw®; Mac or PC in EPS, AI, or PSD format. So as to avoid font problems, all text created in vector format (Illustrator®/CorelDraw®) must be "converted to outlines".
Camera ready art: Scanned artwork. This does not mean; scanned from an inkjet printout, buty rather a clean and smooth image with no pixelation.
Delivery: Art may be emailed to info@bagandpen.com, or mailed to 4809 Avenue N, Suite 295, Brooklyn, New York 11234 — we accept floppy disk, CD-ROM, and DVD.
Bag & Pen's product images
Photographs of our products on this website may not have a 100% color match to the actual product, due to variousfactors such as lighting, your computer, picture processing, etc. Bag & Pen is not held responsible for these slight color inconsistencies — if any.
Logos featured on Bag & Pen's products are trademarked and copyrighted to their respective companies and are used merely to demonstrate the services we provide.
Return Policy
Refunds are granted on any item that is not according to the original order. Typos and errors on Bag & Pen's part merit a refund. Refunds will not be issued on any other grounds, such as: disatisfaction with color, imprint layout, typographical errors on your part, etc. Please be sure to be as specific as possible, and to write your text clearly and error free. If we spot anything that looks like an error, we will contact you via email to confirm.
Defective or broken products on our part will merit even exchanges — no exceptions! Bag & Pen customer Service must approve all returns. Merchandise returned without our clearance will not be accepted and returned to sender. Authorized returns must be made within 15 days from the time the order was received. Merchandise must be returned in original packaging. Customer is always responsible for all costs involvedin shipping the product back. Please ship using a carrier that provides a tracking number and proof of delivery, such as UPS or FedEx. Bag & Pen will not be responsible for items lost by the carrier.
Cancellations
Imprinted orders can be cancelled within 48 hours of order placement. A $20.00 cancellation fee applies. Rush orders must be cancelled the same day order is placed, otherwise a 45% fee will be charged to cover any work done up to the time of cancellation.
Rights and Permission to Reproduce Art
By placing an order, the client warrants that they have the right to reproduction of a design, image or logo submitted with the order, and that Bag & Pen is exempt from prosecution or any claims to the contrary.
E-mail/paper proofs
If customer's response to their Email/paper proof is not received in a timely manor, Bag & Pen will not be held responsible for late delivery. You may request these proofs on the item details page for an additional charge.
Receipts
Receipts will automatically be emailed to you upon placing an order.
Shipping
All orders are shipped F.O.B. Customer will choose the shipping method that best applies to thier deadline. Bag and Pen ships within the United States, Puerto Rico, and Canada.
